I began training as a complementary health practitioner in 2000, starting with counselling skills before moving towards training in a wide range of therapies. Having qualified in therapies I also qualified as a lecturer (PGCE) and completed a degree in Post Compulsory Education and Training (BA Hons). I am insured with the ‘Professional Association of Clinical Therapists-FHT. Having taught the various therapies within the education sector I now focus my teaching on training others how to be Trainers.
As a complementary therapist in the clinical and private setting I passionately believe that people should be able to access the highest quality therapies, whether it be for phobias/anxiety or emotional imbalance or physical .
Prior to being a fully qualified therapist I sought help in the areas of both physical and emotional wellbeing, but found many therapists who had completed a weekend course before setting up business; or a therapist within a salon environment with extremely limited clinical knowledge. This is why I have made it my mission to continually update and improve my qualifications. As a complementary therapist in the clinical and private setting I passionately believe that people should be able to access the highest quality therapies, whether it be for phobias/anxiety; emotional imbalance or acute/chronic physical symptoms.
I am passionate about helping people to gain a sense of peace and balance within their hectic lives whilst benefiting from the numerous health benefits of receiving therapies.
